How much time does it take?

It takes about 4 hours a week, including one 1-hour live call. The rest goes into your roadmap, based on what I teach. Some of that work happens inside your day-to-day job, so there's no need to stress about it.

Will this get me promoted?

Of course you won't get promoted in the span of 6 weeks, and you should be careful with anyone who promises that. Promotions follow your company's review cycle. By week 6, you'll have complete clarity on how to reach senior in your situation, and that's what you work towards to get promoted faster.

What does it cost?
